Sensemillia Gillis van Ledenberchstraat

Sensemillia on Gillis van Ledenberchstraat is one of Amsterdam's older coffeeshops. It sits in the Frederik Hendrikbuurt, just outside the centre to the west, and used to be called De Top. Its sister shop in Osdorp dates back to 1981, and the name has now been around for forty years.

They describe themselves as a no-nonsense coffeeshop: good-quality product at local prices, staff who'll advise when asked, and not much fuss. The shop is small and best suited to a quick takeaway, with a mostly local crowd.

Cards are accepted. Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to midnight, Friday 09:00 to 01:00, Saturday 10:00 to 01:00 and Sunday 10:00 to midnight.
